Latest renovated bench for the hospital

August 15th 2025

5 OUT OF 6 AIN'T BAD...... The latest Aboyne Hospital garden seat to be returned. This has got to be the most time consuming and by far the most stunning of the seat refurbishments so far! Originally this "twosome for tea" bench was tired, warped and mis-shaped, the result of over 25 years of Aboyne weather extremes. Top Shedder (Gordon R) has spent many a sleepless night sweating over its superb finish but he can now relax and get back to refurbing his own Bathroom at home. This is number 5 out of the 6 seats we took away so that's one more to go and we're all done....!!!

This little beauty turned up on my bench last week and having obviously spent a while outdoors my good lady gave him a scrub and polish but he really needs a solid base to stand on and something to hold on his hoof!! ......
