Aboyne Games 3rd August.
Volunteers

Looking for volunteers to man the bottle stall at the games for a couple of hours. Please indicate your preferences ie am or pm etc. We intend then to compile a rota which will be issued to duty volunteers.

Please note that on Games Saturday (3rd August) there will not be a workshop session. ie the workshop will be closed.
The Games Shed will shortly be increasingly accessed for the movement of games equipment. As a result there is to be NO PARKING on the lower area one week prior too and one week after the Games. Take this to mean between the 27th July to the 10th August inclusive.Exceptions will be pick up and drop off only of personnel and/or equipment and Blue Badge holders parking in designated spaces.

Please be sensitive in avoiding over occupancy of the Cemetery car park.
This is Council property and complaints could lead to serious problems for us, reverse park neatly and maximise space use. Given the Games hgv traffic in and out of the area take extra care when entering and exiting the main road - Don't cut the corner!!. Where you can please car share, walk or cycle.

Men's Shed bottle stall - we are attending the Games again with a bottle stall. This raises funds for the Shed and publicises the facility we all benefit from. BUT, we still need bottles, all kinds. As well as the normal Spirits, Wine, bubbles like Prosecco, we welcome soft drinks, shampoo, shower gels etc etc. Contributions can be handed in at the MDCT office mid week mornings or the Workshop lower level, open Tuesdays, Thursdays 1pm to 5pm and Saturdays 9 to 1pm. Please refer to our call for help circulated to all members on 3rd July for further info.
