Aboyne & Mid-Deeside Community Shed Official Opening
On 2nd September Aboyne & District Men’s Shed were proud to have The Earl of Aboyne perform the ribbon-cutting ceremony of our wonderful new building. There were just over 100 guests, all of whom had in some way helped us to achieve our goal of providing workshop and social accommodation for our Men’s Shed Members, as well as providing much needed space for other local groups to use. We were able to move in just over a year ago, but with restrictions caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, it has taken much more time to get fully operational than in more normal circumstances.
